I will join you during labor and delivery, and provide continuous labor support. Because birth is unpredictable my support comes with no additional fees or time restrictions.

During the first meeting we will discuss your desires for your birth, and go over your birth plan if you have one. If you do not have a birth plan, I will help you create one! The second meeting is optional, based on your interest and needs. We could talk about medications, procedures or anything you have questions or concerns about.

I will be on call for you 24/7 from week 32 on. If you have special circumstances where you need me to be on call earlier, we can discuss that during your free consultation.

In this meeting we will discuss your birth experience. Debriefing is often overlooked or underestimated but is an important part of the process. This is an opportunity to discuss your feelings, your challenges, your triumphs, what you learned, etc.
